Subscription Terms
Effective date: July 27, 2026 Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms cover Reeforma PRO and in-app purchases. They form part of the Terms of Use.
1. What PRO includes
Reeforma PRO unlocks the full course catalogue and PRO-only features in the App. The exact set of benefits is shown on the subscription screen at the time you subscribe, and may change over time — we will not remove a benefit that was the main reason a plan was sold without telling you first.
2. Plans and pricing
| Plan | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 1 month | USD 14.99 |
| 3 months | 3 months | USD 29.99 |
| Yearly | 12 months | USD 59.99 |
Prices shown here are for the United States. In other countries the App Store displays the price in your local currency, set according to Apple's pricing tiers, and it may differ. The price shown to you inside the App at the moment of purchase is the price that applies. Prices include tax where the App Store is required to charge it.
There is currently no free trial and no introductory offer. If we add one, its terms will be displayed on the subscription screen before you buy.
3. Billing and automatic renewal
Please read this section carefully — these are the rules Apple applies to all App Store subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn auto-renewal off.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- To avoid being charged, turn auto-renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling later takes effect at the end of the following period.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for — PRO stays active until that period ends.
4. How to cancel
Cancel through Apple, not through us — we have no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf:
iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Reeforma → Cancel Subscription.
You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app: tap your profile picture → Subscriptions.
5. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, and only Apple can issue a refund. We do not receive your payment directly and cannot reverse a charge.
To request one, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies. Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you additional rights — a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, for example — and those rights are unaffected by this section.
6. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Your subscription lives in your Apple Account, not in your Reeforma account. Deleting your Reeforma account, or deleting the App, does not cancel the subscription and does not stop future charges. Cancel it through Apple as described in section 4.
7. Restoring your subscription
If you reinstall the App or move to a new device, open the PRO screen and tap Restore purchases, with the device signed in to the Apple Account that paid. Your subscription is restored for the period you have paid for, at no extra charge.
If you also have a Reeforma account, simply signing back in brings your PRO status along with the rest of your progress.
8. Gems
Gems are a one-time purchase (a consumable), not a subscription. They are not refundable by us, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Buying gems does not give you PRO, and having PRO does not give you gems. See section 6 of the Terms of Use.
9. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. If the price of your renewing subscription goes up, Apple will notify you and, depending on the size of the increase and your country, will ask you to agree before charging you. If you do not agree, the subscription simply does not renew.
10. Contact
Kyrylo Khmelevskyi · support@reeforma.app
For anything about a charge, a refund, or a cancellation, contact Apple Support first — they hold the transaction, and they can resolve it faster than we can.
